Welcome to the U.S.Open 9-Ball Championships. This year marks the 34th Annual U.S.Open. The Dates are October 18 - October 24, 2009. This event will be held again at the beautiful Chesapeake Conference Center, in Chesapeake Virginia.

The U.S.Open is The Longest Run and Most Prestigious 9-Ball Event in the world. The field is limited to 256 Players. Entry is $600.00, Added Monies is $100,000 with full field of 256.

Important Notes for 2009

Players meeting Saturday October 17, 6pm (Not Mandatory if entry is paid).
- Food provided by Barry and Chesapeake Conference Center.
Play Begins Sunday 18th at 11am.
Finals 7pm Saturday October 24.
Entry Fee $600.00 / $650.00 after October 10, no exceptions
- Added Money: Between $75,000 and $100,000 (100K Added with full field of 256)
- 1st: 40,000 or more

Barry Behrman has never been afraid of setting goals and going after them. This year he has set a goal that will benefit everyone should he be able to reach. He tells us: "My goal is to fill the field again at 256 players. We have only been 20 players short the past two years. Therefore, players that pay during the month of May will be given a $100 discount. Players will pay only $500.00 during this time!"

Now, that works real well for the players who pay early. And, it benefits every player in the field should the 256 goal be attained. Mr. Behrman continued:

"With a full field of 256 players, I will also add $100,000.00 as I am glad to do my part as the founder and promoter of the most prestigious event since 1976. LET’S GET IT ON!" So, guys, pay early! Barry Behrman is offering you a break so that he can get a jump on filling the field and it lets you pay an entry fee like in the old days!
